We’ve released another accessibility update to help you meet European Accessibility Act (EAA) requirements and improve your accessibility score in Google PageSpeed Insights.

• Full keyboard navigation: Visitors can now use Tab, Enter, Space, and Arrow keys to navigate and interact with dropdowns, phone inputs, sliders, and date pickers without using a mouse.

• Better screen reader support: We added proper ARIA labels that link each field to its title, ensuring screen readers such as VoiceOver correctly announce inputs, including NPS and Rating components.

When a visitor enters their email in the first step of a multi-step widget but closes it before the final step, you usually lose that lead.

We fixed this.

Claspo now automatically saves and passes valid form data, hidden fields, and merge tags to your integrations when the widget is closed (as long as consent is provided, if applicable). This allows you to recover contacts who showed clear intent but didn’t finish the flow.

In our early tests, this feature showed a +16 % CR for top-performing widgets.

We added ARIA tags to modal windows and implemented a focus trap for floating popups. This is to ensure your popups comply with EAA guidelines (WCAG 2.4.3) and are fully navigable via keyboard.
